There are four sources of energy we can fully engage with to live life to the full and enjoy exuberant well-being.

They are:

3. Mental

4. Spiritual

Let's have a look at each one:

Physical energy for wellbeing1. Physical

Basically, this is about the food we eat, how much water we drink, how we breathe, our fitness level and the quality of our sleep and rest.

In 2011 the US replaced the well-known 'food pyramid' of healthy eating with 'my plate' - the easy to remember idea that half your plate of food should be made up of fruit and vegs and other half with lean proteins, whole grains and low-fat dairy.
